The role
Permanent, Full-time or Part-time roles available
Flexible working hours depending on events, will include some regular late night & weekend shifts
Salary: from £27,000 (negotiable depending on personal skills that will benefit the business, pro-rata for part-time roles)

About Bunny Hill
Opened in 2018 Bunny Hill is an award-winning wedding and events barn with guest accommodation, situated between Hull & York. We operate all year round for private hire, hosting a large number of events per year. We are an ever evolving family run business offering scope for career development and a friendly fun environment to work in.
What we are looking for
We’re more interested in finding the right person to fit in with the existing team rather than experience, full training will be given. Listed below are some of the skills that will help you in this role:
Strong organisational skills
Self-motivated
A champion for excellent levels of customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry or a customer focused job is highly beneficial but not essential
Fit and active with good levels of energy. The role entails long shifts and some physical aspects
An excellent level of literacy and numeracy
Sound IT skills
High levels of attention to detail
Confident and outgoing personality
Flexibility within your working week to meet the needs of the business and focusing on the guest experience
A team player, happy to be ‘hands on’ and support others within the business
Food and beverage/bar serve experience is a bonus

Responsibilities to include
To effectively run weddings and events from initial enquiry through to completion of the event
Friendly, professional, customer-focused approach towards assisting clients throughout their journey providing a ‘wrap around’ customer care experience
Effective communication within the team and with external suppliers
Responsibility for creating timelines and event management plans
Gathering social media content
Floor managing the drinks reception and supporting the catering team during food service
Hands-on customer relations rapport-building, problem-solving and crisis management skills
Data collection and invoicing
